The Android app Wireless Barcode Scanner provides a WebSocket server for one simultaneous client connection at a time. This sample implements a WebSocket client which receives data scanned with this app.
Start Wireless Barcode Scanner
In the settings of Wireless Barcode Scanner adjust the connection type WebSocket Server (Internet) and choose the required Port.
Enter the IP address and the port number of the smart phone in the edit-fields below and press Connect. Each scanned bar-code will be displayed on this page.
